Product Colours
We make every effort to represent colours accurately. However, screen displays vary, and we cannot guarantee that every monitor will show colours exactly as they appear.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We do not accept returns on any orders.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange pieces are non-returnable.
Reverse pick-up is only provided for faulty or incorrect deliveries. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for sending the product back.
Faulty Products
If an item is approved for return due to a manufacturing fault, the refund will be processed once it passes our quality check. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Sale Items
Discounted and end-of-season pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if:
– The request is made after the 7-day window has passed, or
– The item is not received in the same condition as delivered.
We cannot accept exchanges or support requests for items bought from other stores or websites.
All pieces must be returned with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refund Information
Refunds (only for approved faulty items) are issued in the same mode of payment. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7–15 days for the amount to reflect.
Shipping & Responsibility
Claims for lost or damaged packages during transit must be raised with the shipping carrier.
Malang studios is not responsible for delays caused by weather or external factors.
We do not compensate for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
Quality Check
All items go through a strict quality check before shipping.
If you receive a piece that is not in perfect condition, contact us immediately.
